Why a dedicated screen instead of your phone
A phone on the handlebar works, but it wasn’t made for vibration, strong sun and rain. A dedicated motorcycle screen is easier to read in daylight, is built for the weather and stays connected to the phone in your pocket or bag. You get navigation, music and calls right on the bike, with convenient controls, without taking the phone out at every stop.
CarPlay and Android Auto
The screens we fit usually work with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so they can be used with an iPhone or an Android phone. Sound for navigation, music and calls reaches your helmet through a Bluetooth intercom, so you need a communication system fitted in the helmet. Before fitting, we check together which phone and which intercom you use.
Fitting, power and mounting
The screen is mounted on the handlebar or in the cockpit area, where it is easy to see and does not get in the way of the controls. We power it from the bike’s electrical system through a protected circuit, so it switches on with the motorcycle. If you also want your phone on the handlebar, we fit a Quad Lock mount, and a power socket or charger can be added in the same visit through our moto electronics service.
Booking at the Chișinău workshop
Send us your bike’s model, the phone you use and what you want to see on the screen. We come back with a recommendation, a timeline and a transparent cost. Fitting takes place at the Adventure Lab MD workshop, Strada Calea Orheiului 135/A, Chișinău, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, or on Saturdays by appointment.
