Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Adventure Lab MD, a motorcycle workshop at Strada Calea Orheiului 135/A, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question about your data, contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +373 60 588 886.
What data we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, message and, if you provide them, details about your motorcycle, together with the site language and the page you sent the request from. For website statistics we record data about visits: the page viewed, where you came from, device type, country and how you interacted with the page, such as clicks and how far you scrolled. We do not use cookies for statistics and we do not store your IP address: visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to you and to schedule the work you ask about. The legal basis is your request: we take steps at your request before any work is carried out. Statistics help us understand which pages are useful and improve the website, based on our legitimate interest. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions based on it.
Who we share it with
Requests sent through the form reach the workshop team as a notification in a messaging app, for example Telegram. The website and its data are hosted by a server provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, and some of them may store it on servers outside the Republic of Moldova. We do not share data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for no longer than 24 months from receipt, then delete them. Data about page interactions (clicks, scrolling) is deleted after 180 days, and visit statistics after 24 months.
Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to ask us to restrict processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a format that can be passed to another controller. For any of these requests, call us on +373 60 588 886. If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
